Post Punk Night at Cross: CosmoBrigade, Death Ponee (US, UK), Trauma Glow(AUSTRIA)

The Dying Planet Collective presents yet another great night of post punk/ alternative rock ! This time with live haunting performances by CosmoBrigade, Death Ponee (US,UK) and Trauma Glow (Wien,AT). Line Up: >>> CosmoBrigade <<< CosmoBrigade is a four-piece post punk/darkwave band formed in Prague in January 2023. The band started performing around the Czech Republic in March 2023 and a few months later (August 2023) released a debut EP titled ‘SpacePit’, which was very well received around Europe (“voted Track of the Day“ by Italian White Light//White Heat Magazine) and even featured on several German darkwave compilation albums (such as The Berlin Gravedigger’s Club). CosmoBrigade had their first mini-EU tour in the fall of 2023 that took them around the Czech Republic and beyond, more specifically to Berlin, Vienna and Poland. Recently, they also played as a supporting act with bands such as She Past Away or Soviet Soviet and got picked to play at several European goth festivals, e.g. Prague Gothic Treffen or the NCN Festival in Germany. Their debut album "Hollow Obsessions" is scheduled to be released in Winter 2024. >>> Trauma Glow<<< Hailing from the vibrant musical scene of Vienna, Trauma Glow emerges as a captivating force in the world of alternative rock. Their journey began with a bang as they played their inaugural show with shoegaze's rising superstars . Since then, Trauma Glow has been steadily making waves with their unique blend of alternative rock vibes infused with influences from the 90s and 2000s. With two singles already under their belt, Trauma Glow returned on February 23rd with their third single, "across the board". This guitar-driven track is a mesmerizing journey through the complexities of human connection, weaving melancholic melodies into a dreamy atmosphere. It delves into the struggle of maintaining relationships while feeling incapable, capturing the raw emotions and challenges of interpersonal dynamics. >>>Death Ponee<<< Electronic post-punk band weaving live synths, 8-bit samples, searing guitar riffs and uptempo drums. Some well-seasoned musicians joined forces in 2017 to realise the dream of a lowly Brummie of playing live synth-based tunes without the use of sequencers and loops. Throw in live drums and guitar and this is the result of that experiment. Influences include Joy Division, The Pixies, Yann Tiersen, Múm, Chemical Brothers, Slowdive. Squid, Felt.
