Pražská zastávka evropského turné skupiny Der Blutharsch k novému albu Wish I Weren't Here.

Der Blutharsch and the infinite church of the leading hand se za svou více než dvacetiletou kariéru stali legendou prvně dark industrialu, a poté i nové psychedelické hudby. Po loňském fenomenálním úspěchu na festivalu Hradby Samoty se Albin Julius se svou skupinou po třech letech vrací do Prahy, aby představili nové album Wish I Weren't Here, na kterém jsou slyšet jak psychedelické syntezátory, tak i stonerové kytary a zejména zpěv frontmanky Martinhy, který není nepodobný přednesu Nico z Velvet Underground.

Olaf Olafsonn and the Big Bad Trip se opět představí v roli podpory. Maskovaná čtveřice pronikla do povědomí nejen psychedelického publika zejména mícháním různých stylů psychedelie, které vykrystalizovalo na jejich loňské desce Feather of Oblivion, která je inspirována čtyřmi ročními období, a je v ní slyšet jak neobvyklá instrumentace včetně příčné flétny a tereminu, tak i inspirace psychedelií, stonerem a black metalem.

As part of their European tour, Der Blutharsch and the infinite church of the leading hand are stopping in Prague with their new album Wish I Weren’t Here.

Having become first a legend of dark industrial music and later of new psychedelic music in the course of their 20 years of existence, Albin Julius and his minions saw a phenomenal success at last year’s Hradby Samoty festival and are now coming back with their new record Wish I Weren’t Here. Apart from psychedelic synths and stoner guitars, it also features the distinctive vocals of the frontwoman Martinha, which are not unlike those of Nico / Velvet Underground.

Once again, Der Blutharsch will be supported by Olaf Olafsonn and the Big Bad Trip. This masked quartet has gained some following in the Czech psychedelic scene as well as abroad – mainly due to their ability to mix and combine various styles of psychedelic music. This crystallized in their double vinyl The Feathers of Oblivion, which was released last year, and is inspired by the four seasons. It has been praised for its unorthodox instrumentation including flute and theremin, and draws a lot of inspiration from psychedelia, stoner or even black metal.
